Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every bottle of Oceanutra. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Send back your bottle, whether it's empty, partially used or unopened, and we'll refund your purchase. There's no need to finish it first, and no need to explain why.
How to request a refund
1. Email us at Info@Oceanutra.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and the product(s) you're returning.
2. Get your return instructions. We'll reply with a return authorization and the address to send your return to.
3. Send back your bottle. Pack the bottle(s) you're returning and ship them to the address we provide.
4. Receive your refund. Once your return arrives, we'll let you know and refund the purchase price of each bottle returned to your original payment method.
Please email us before sending anything back. Returns sent without a return authorization can't be matched to an order and will not be accepted.
Good to know
• Shipping costs are not refundable. This includes the original shipping charge on your order and the cost of shipping your return to us.
• Refunds are per bottle. You'll be refunded for each bottle you send back. If your order included multiple bottles, only the bottles returned are refunded.
• Oceanutra.com orders only. This guarantee covers purchases made directly on Oceanutra.com. Products bought on Amazon or from any other third-party seller aren't eligible and follow that seller's return policy.
• Refund timing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow some extra time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at Info@Oceanutra.com with your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll make it right.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have under our guarantee and place a new order for the item you'd like.
